Jason Munro
Director
Jason has worked in construction from a young age and has over 15 years' experience across refurbishment and property maintenance in the residential and commercial sectors. Before founding GM Maintenance he was Regional Project Manager for OYO Hotels, overseeing hotel refurbishments across the North of England, and a Project Manager with Bridgeway Consulting, delivering bridge refurbishment and infrastructure works.
As Director, Jason runs the day-to-day business, including estimating, quotations, contract management and project delivery, and remains hands-on on site.
Szymon Kozdron
Lead Engineer and Director
Originally from Poland and based in the UK for over 15 years, Szymon is a multi-skilled engineer with experience across general building, maintenance and refurbishment. He and Jason first worked together at OYO Hotels, where Szymon progressed to Hotel Cluster Manager, leading teams and operations across multiple sites. They have delivered large-scale refurbishment projects together ever since.
As Lead Engineer, Szymon leads delivery on the tools, running site operations and teams to make sure every project is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Jason and Szymon are supported by our team of fully qualified engineers and tradespeople, working across Greater Manchester and Cheshire to the standards of our Gas Safe, NAPIT, NICEIC and FENSA registrations.
